Collection: Mottumars x Havarí

This year's Daffodil Day socks are designed by Berglind Häsler, widow of Svavar Pétur and owner of Havarí, in collaboration with Björn Þór Björnsson (Bobby Breiðholt). In recent years, Björn has taken on the task of maintaining the collection of visual artworks by Svavar Pétur, who passed away from cancer in 2022. Svavar Pétur was best known as the musician Prins Póló.

The design is based on the crown, which was his main and most iconic symbol.

The Daffodil Day socks are available in sizes 36-41 and 42-47 and cost 3,500 ISK.
The Daffodil Day socks are also available in children's sizes, 26-30 and 31-35, and cost 2,900 ISK.

Children's socks are only available in stores and the Icelandic Cancer Society's online store.
